Feature Description:
1. Direct forming and welding are performed using conventional longitudinal slitting of metal strip, resulting in smooth inner and outer surfaces of the pipe with a slight protrusion at the weld seam;
2. Capable of producing straight tubes and coiled tubes with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 1.5 mm and diameters from 7 to 127 mm (for tube diameters below 25.4 mm);
3. Capable of producing various titanium and titanium alloy materials, as well as commonly used materials such as austenitic stainless steels.
Comparison of the advantages of conventional seamless pipes and copper pipes:
1. Simple manufacturing and low production costs;
2. Mature production and application technologies with the broadest range of applications (suitable for heat-exchanger tubes, cup tubes, exhaust pipes, etc.);
3. Exhibits low fluid resistance and is less prone to fouling in heat exchange applications;
4. Can serve as a base material for the production of various high-efficiency heat exchange tubes;
