Feature Description:
1. Based on thick-walled welded pipe, employing three-roll skew rolling for processing;
2. Within the pipe, teeth can be either machined or left unmachined, and the pipe can also be reinforced with twisted steel inserts.
3. The gear teeth are fine and tall, and the tooth tops can be left unprocessed or cut off depending on the liquid viscosity;
4. Processing range: pipe diameter 12.7 mm–25.4 mm, wall thickness 0.7 mm–1.5 mm;
5. Capable of producing various titanium and titanium alloy materials, as well as commonly used materials such as austenitic stainless steels.
Advantages compared with smooth-tube heat exchangers:
1. Increase the external surface area of the pipe;
2. Selective enhancement based on the type of visible medium within the pipe;
3. Low fluid resistance and resistance to fouling;
4. Can disrupt liquid surface tension and reduce the thickness of the liquid film;
5. The toothed grooves utilize capillary action to accelerate the detachment of condensed liquid.
